Getting my ass into nature was absolutely liberating today. I was having a tough time being cramped up in my apartment studying all the time for finals. It sometimes feels like there’s no escape with the pandemic and needing to get work done from home. But the truth is for those fortunate enough to live where you can get out, taking that first step to leave your place propels you to connect with the outdoors more than ever. And exposing myself in nature was much more fun than studying for Pharmaceutical Pathophysiology.
I loved how much my friend and I laughed. I haven’t had that good of a laugh in a long time and part of it was being terrified a child would see my ass. You should see my face in the outtakes when I thought someone was coming.
Adventure is putting yourself into uncomfortable situations and realizing how exhilarating and beautiful the world is.
I’m a person who is all about vulnerability which I exhibit through my emotions, interactions, and relationships with others. Being nude on a paddle board in a freezing lake when it’s only 60 degrees out was my way of being physically vulnerable. Can you get anymore vulnerable?
