I’m lucky enough to live in a part of Washington where it’s a 10-15 minute drive to numerous trailheads. It always calms me breathing in the forest air. It’s been much needed.
It’s great to just be able to get away from everyone, and everything and be myself.
It’s important to me to just be able to get away, even if just for a couple hours. Anytime you get outside of your comfort zone and push yourself it’s an adventure.
I try to be a good steward when I am outdoors. I always try to bring out any garbage that I see that I can. I the it takes courage and integrity to maintain our natural resources.
