Some friends came into town, and we went to a new climbing area. When we got there, we were the only climbers there. We rented a boat to climb this route only accessable by the lake. We had to swim to the base of the climb, so we didn’t have much on anyway. I stripped down, put on my harness, and have my phone to my friend. It was a great climb! The wind blew in from the lake, and the sun was shining. There were some people on the lake, but no one came up to us.
Later that night I convinced my friends to shed their clothes for a dip. While we were swimming, a boat came up to talk to us. After a few minutes of conversation, he asked if we were skinny-dipping. We said we were, and he jumped back into the conversation without a pause. I think his non-reaction let my friends relax a bit more. We had a great weekend.
