Feeling the air flowing across and the sunlight kissing your skin is rejuvenating. Getting back to your wild side in the clothes you were born in is like finding the lost piece of yourself that needed to be dusted off.
I love the feeling if the sunlight hitting my bare skin as the tan lines fade and the fear of the unknown falls into the silence and the sounds of leaves rustling. Returning to the natural state of things reminds me I am simply a member of this amazing ecosystem not the king of it.
Adventure means living how you were designed to live, without fear of anyone saying anything otherwise. Living in harmony with the world around you and taking every chance to do something “wild and free”. It’s not every day that you get to feel the night breeze on your bare skin.
I think we have all become far too civilized, living in places where people tell you that your body is something to be kept covered rather than appreciated and allowed to move naturally. It takes courage to step away from what the world is telling you and into what your soul is howling for. To embrace the call of the wild is a courageous act indeed.
