caption:

“Summer is a lady
With a vagabond heart,
Who becomes a nomad
When the dog-days start

Her high heels she discards
With her modish clothes
And down the road goes squishing
Dust between her toes”

What does it feel like to #getyourassintonature?

The liberation and excitement of sitting your bare ass onto some cool rocks and taking in the incredible majesty that is Mama Nature is second to none.

What is your favorite part about #getyourassintonature?

My favorite part about this movement is the vulnerability it encourages in myself and others. We as humans are already somewhat vulnerable outside, braving the elements; I love that this community does one better and goes deeper by braving it nude. The intimacy of a naked moment in nature either by yourself or with people you care about is a treasure.

What does adventure mean to you?

Adventure is the feeling I get when a small voice inside my head is apprehensive of an upcoming decision or trip, but I do it anyways. My most adventurous moments come from pushing past fear of the unknown and giving into raw curiosity and excitement.

How do you exhibit courage when you #getyourassintonature?

My courage shows up when I’min nature in the form of my independence and pursuit of adventure. I live for getting my ass in nature all by myself, and the pride and strength I feel when being so self-reliant fuels my desire to keep doing cool shit outdoors.
