The Sonoran Desert, home to some of the most harshest terrain and weather. The thorns on my feet, sweat dripping through my face, the sun burning my skin. Forced to push my body to breath, resist, and take in all this energy. Then the clouds came and it began to rain….I’ve never felt so alive and energized to stay resilient during this pandemic.

What does it feel like to #getyourassintonature?

Vulnerable but grounded. You really feel your emotions and body en tuned with nature. Weather sometimes changes, and it all feels like it is for a reason.

What is your favorite part about #getyourassintonature?

Seeing everyone’s adventure, and finding that peace within their bodies and with nature.

What does adventure mean to you?

Finding a place to think, process, cry, and let it all go. It doesn’t have to be the wildest place.

How do you exhibit courage when you #getyourassintonature?

Being authentic to yourself and loving your body itself. Documenting myself and body throughout the years has helped my mentally and psychically. You don’t have to start outside either.
