Growing up I was bullied heavily and deeply insecure with my body. Over time and after coming out years ago I’ve increasingly felt comfortable in my own skin and being out in nature in the buff is freeing and exhilarating but also so…normal feeling. Get your ass out there.

I think it takes a lot to be nude in general. You have to be comfortable with yourself and fearless of judgment. We are so conditioned for it to “feel wrong” even when no one can see you but the rocks or trees. To get over that is freeing.
