Its primal and inexplicably freeing. It is a return to your childish naivety where you don’t know you’re naked. All you know is your outside, having a blast, and clueless to anything outside your immediate experience.

Adventure is knowingly going out of your comfort zone to experience something you otherwise wouldn’t. You don’t need to summit a mountain to feel a sense of adventure. All I know is, every time I do I come out the other side saying to myself “I’m glad I did that.”
You can have the body of a greek god and still have an inherent sense of apprehension and nervousness when it comes to taking your clothes off. My inner dialogue has to convince me, give me the courage/confidence take it off and be free. After that, it’s like I said…. being naked is easy!
